Things are starting to even out. Went out with friends tonight and didn’t realize Balsamic Vinaigrette has gluten in it! Ouch. I purposely ordered around the dairy and dressing and innoncently got mixed up with some standard stuff. I don’t know how much to tell you on this, but it seems I have more gas than usual, or as much as regular.  Could be apples? Canteloupe? Plumocots? Other? Not sure. I don’t feel like this when I am on a low carb diet which includes cheese and other, but I’m not panicking. I just need some answers. I’ll check on this soon.
